This brand of tank top makes for a fabulous undershirt because it is actually long enough for my long torso. It won't shrink shorter either like high-cotton tank tops do. It isn't thin / cheap. It is just the right thickness. I wear size small and a size 34D bra. I do not wear tank tops alone. I usually wear a small or a medium in tank tops. If you want this tank top for wearing alone, you might want to order size medium for a less close body fit - so as not to accentuate any bulges! I prefer the size small for tucking in & keeping warm. I bought the beige color as it's the closest shade to a nude tank top. I will eventually buy navy blue and black, too. I am happy to have found this brand because the store that used to sell this type of ribbed tank top (Old Navy) only sells the cropped version now. I require the longer length.
